Help us help them
Please help us with our fundraising efforts.
Urban Wildlife Care is an authorized wildlife rehabilitation facility located in Grimsby and serves the area of Southern Ontario. With the help of volunteers we rehabilitate and release upwards of 500 animals back to the wild. There is no government funding for wildlife rehabilitation so therefore we rely solely on public donations. We care for species at risk such as bats and we also care for all small mammals, fox, skunk, coyote, oppossum, groundhogs, squirrels and chipmunks, cottontails, porcupine and beaver. We are the only rehabilitation facility in this area and our area is huge. We also handle wildlife conflict resolutions with the public and educate the public through the many phone calls that we recieve.
UWC does not receive any funding, relying solely on public donations and fundraising events
